EcoVastraa is working to create fashion-show opportunities for emerging designers, students and independent creators who want to bring their ideas from concept to runway. The platform focuses on presentation, collaboration and access to organised fashion experiences, helping participants introduce their work to audiences in a live setting.
For a new designer, developing a collection is only one part of the process. Presenting the work, explaining the concept, coordinating garments and models, and understanding how a show operates are also important learning experiences. EcoVastraa aims to create opportunities where designers can take part in that wider process.
The platform’s upcoming activity includes Designer Fashion Week – Goa Edition 8, scheduled for November 28–29, 2026. Participation details, available slots, fees and deliverables should be confirmed directly with the organiser before making a commitment.
EcoVastraa’s approach welcomes different stages of creative development, from students experimenting with design ideas to independent designers seeking a runway opportunity. It encourages participants to develop a clear creative point of view and use the show environment to communicate the inspiration behind their work.
Through its association with the wider creative-event ecosystem, EcoVastraa seeks to connect designers and models with production teams and event opportunities. Its focus is on creating a platform for talent to be seen, while recognising that each participant should understand the scope, costs and deliverables of an event before enrolling.
